House rules for the room
Read aloud in week one, and repeated the moment one is needed.
- Name only your own patterns. Nobody diagnoses a spouse, a boss, a parent or a coworker.
- Labels sit next to a behavior, never on a person.
- Numbers and personal details stay private unless the person chooses to show them.
- Cameras are a request, not a rule. Chat is for everyone; the mic is for volunteers.
- If something heavy comes up, it is acknowledged warmly and followed up privately with a referral.
